【摘要】 目的:评价加巴喷丁联合氟芬那酸丁酯软膏治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床效果。方法:将入选的94例患者随机分为两组,治疗组(48例)每日分3次口服加巴喷丁300~900 mg,最大1200 mg,同时予氟芬那酸丁酯软膏均匀外搽皮损,3次/d。对照组(46例)口服卡马西平0.1 g,消炎痛25 mg,均3次/d。两组疗程均为4周。结果:治疗4周后,治疗组总有效率为87.50%,对照组为69.57%,差异有统计学意义(字2=4.51,P<0.05)。两组治疗前VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.578,P>0.05),治疗4周后,治疗组低于对照组,疼痛缓解程度较大,差异有统计学意义(t=11.190,P<0.05)。两组患者治疗过程和随访期间,无不良反应发生。结论:带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者,加巴喷丁联合氟芬那酸丁酯软膏应用,能迅速缓解疼痛症状,显著提升患者生活质量,不良反应较少,临床值得运用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of Butyl Flufenamate Ointment combined with Gabapentin in patients with post-herpetic neuralgia(PHN).Method:94 patients with PHN were randomized divided into treatment group(n=48) and control group(n=46).The treatment group received oral Gabapentin(300-900 mg) with a maximum dose of 1200 mg,3 times a day,besides Butyl Flufenamate Ointment was applied to the skin lesionevenly,3 times a day.The control group received oral Carbamazepine(100 mg) and Indomethacin(25 mg),3 times a day.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Result:After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.50%,while the control group was 69.57%,the difference was statistically significant( 字2=4.51,P<0.05).Before the treatment,the difference in VAS in both groups showed no statistical significance(t=0.578, P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the VAS of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=11.190,P<0.05).There was no adverse reaction between the two groups during the course of treatment and follow-up.Conclusion:Butyl Flufenamate Ointment combined with Gabapentin can relieve the symptoms of pain in patients with post-herpetic neuralgia and improve the quality of life with less adverse effects, and it is worth using clinically.更多还原
