【摘要】 目的:探讨多层螺旋CTA在肝脏肿瘤介入治疗中的应用价值,着重研究对肝动脉化疗栓塞的价值。方法:采用16排螺旋CT对41例肝脏肿瘤患者行肝脏增强三期扫描,重组方法为最大密度投影(MIP)、多平面重建(MPR)、容积再现技术(VRT)。再行经皮肝动脉DSA及化疗栓塞治疗。结果:以DSA造影作为标准进行比较,MSCTA检出全部肿瘤供血动脉,准确率100%;检出血管变异3例,准确率75.0%;检出动静脉瘘2例,准确率100%;检出异位供血血管2例,准确率100%。且对于腹腔干、肝动脉及其主要分支的三维结构显示优于DSA检查。结论:MSCTA能准确肝脏肿瘤血管影像,在指导肝脏肿瘤介入治疗中具有较好的应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the application of three-dimensional angiography with multi-slice CT(MSCTA) in the diagnosis and treatment of the hepatic tumor.Method:41 patients with hepatic tumor underwent hepatic angiography with MSCT tri-phase contrast-enhanced scanning.Recombined with maximum intensity projection(MIP),multiplanar reconstruction(MPR),volume rendering technique(VRT).And the results were compared with DSA during transcatheter hepatic arterial chemoembolization(TACE).Result:Compared with DSA imaging as a standard,MSCTA detected all the tumor blood supply arteries,the accuracy was 100%.Detected the artery variation in 3 cases and arteriovenous fistula in 4 cases,the accuracy was 75.0% and 100%.MSCTA for celiac artery,hepatic artery and its main branches of three-dimensional structure showed superior to DSA imaging.Conclusion:MSCTA can effectively reveal the hepatic vessel imaging,beneficial to the interventional treatment of hepatic tumor.更多还原
