【摘要】 目的探究非接触式广角镜下玻璃体视网膜手术治疗复杂视网膜脱离的临床疗效。方法选择2015年4月至2016年11月收治的复杂视网膜脱离患者94例,根据随机数字表法分为两组,每组47例。对照组实施25G微创玻璃体视网膜切割系统手术,观察组采用非接触式广角镜联合25G微创玻璃体视网膜切割系统手术。比较两组患者手术用时、手术效果、并发症发生情况。结果手术用时对照组为(79.83±4.53)min,观察组为(61.79±3.29)min,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);手术成功率观察组为100.00%(47/47),对照组为87.23%(41/47),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);总并发症发生率观察组为10.64%(5/47),对照组为27.66%(13/47),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论非接触式广角镜下玻璃体视网膜手术治疗复杂视网膜脱离患者效果显著,能提高手术成功率,缩短手术用时,减少并发症发生,安全性较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of vitreous retinal surgery under non-contact wide angle lenses in the treatment of complex retinal detachment. Methods 94 patients with complex retinal detachment admitted to hospital from April,2015 to November,2016 were divided into two groups by random number table with 47 cases in each.Control group were given 25 G minimally invasive vitreous retinal dissection,and observation group were given Resight non-contact wide angle lenses combined with 25 G minimally invasive vitreous retinal dissection.And then,surgery time,surgical effects and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The surgery time of the control group was( 79.83±4.53) min,and that of the observation groups was( 61.79±3.29) min,difference was statistically significant( P< 0.001). The success rate of surgery in the observation group was 100.00%( 47/47),and that of the control group was 87.23%( 41/47),difference was statistically significant( P< 0. 05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 10. 64%( 5/47),and that of the control group was 27. 66%( 13/47),difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Vitreous retinal surgery under non-contact wide angle lenses for patients with complex retinal detachment has significant curative effects,which can increase success rate of surgery,shorten surgery time,reduce complications and have high safety.更多还原
