【摘要】 本文基于内生增长与制度视角探究了制度质量对离岸服务外包国际技术溢出效应的影响关系.在建立了包含制度因素的国际贸易模型基础上,选用了132个国家或地区的面板数据进行实证分析,总样本及分样本计量结果均表明:离岸服务外包显著促进了东道国技术进步;制度质量与离岸服务外包的技术溢出效应呈正相关关系,即经商便利化、知识产权保护、经济自由度及政府治理效率等制度方面越好的国家越能从离岸服务外包中获得国际技术溢出.上述结论对于我国进一步提高服务外包竞争力及承接更高端离岸服务外包具有重要启示和意义.更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the endogenous growth and institution perspective,it explored the impact of institution quality on the international technology spillover of service offshoring. After establishing a model of international trade including institutional factors,it selected the panel data of 132 countries or regions for empirical analysis. Both results of total and sub samples show that: service offshoring significantly promotes the technological progress of the host country; institution quality has a positive relation with the international technology spillover of service offshoring,which means that a country with better business facilitation,stronger protection of intellectual property rights,more economic freedom and higher governance efficiency will exhibit more international technology spillover from the service offshoring. These conclusions have important implications for China to further enhance the competitive capability of service offsourcing and to undertake a more high-end service offshoring in the future.更多还原
