矿山充填耐磨管道发展现状与技术研究
Research on Development and Technology of Wear-resistant Pipeline for Filling in Mine
【摘要】 我国对矿山能源需求量十分巨大,然而矿山开采的同时容易诱发地表沉陷等地质灾害,造成环境污染。矿山充填是防止地表塌陷的有效手段,国内外对矿山充填技术进行了大量研究与应用。由于有色金属矿山价值较高,因此有色行业普遍采用充填法采矿。充填物料输送多采用管道自流方式,因充填介质含有较硬成分,在充填过程中对管道内壁磨损十分严重,容易造成磨漏、堵管等问题,严重影响管道的使用寿命,因此高抗磨性的充填管道对充填系统来说十分重要。
【Abstract】 The energy demand of mine is very large in China. However,it is easy to induce surface subsidence and other geological disasters in mining,causing environmental pollution. The mine filling is an effective means of preventing surface subsidence. A lot of research and application about mine filling technology were observed at home and abroad. Because of the high value of nonferrous metal mine,filling mining has been widely used in nonferrous metal industry. The gravity flow is widely used in filling material delivery and thus the pipeline wall wear is very serious in the process of filling because of hard ingredients in the filling medium. In mining practices,there are such problems as wear and blocking,shortening the service life of pipeline seriously. Therefore,the filling pipeline with high wear resistance is very important to the filling system.
