含氰基有机硅电解质的合成
Synthesis of Cyano Containing Organosilicon Based Electrolytes
【摘要】 以丙烯腈、甲基二氯硅烷为原料,合成了含氰基氯硅烷,考察了原料配比、催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间等对中间体收率的影响。结果表明,反应温度100℃、反应时间24 h、丙烯腈与甲基二氯硅烷的量之比1∶1.05、氧化亚铜用量6%时,中间体收率达98%。分别使用乙二醇单甲醚、乙醇、甲醇与制得的含氰基氯硅烷反应,合成了不同结构的3种含氰基有机硅电解质。
【Abstract】 Cyano containing silicane was synthesized by hydrosilylation of acrylonitrile and methyldichlorosilae.The influences of reaction conditions such as the ratio of the materials,amount of catalyst,reaction temperature and time etc,on the conversion of the intermediate were investigated.The optimal conditions were that 6%wt catalyst,100℃ for 24 h,resulted in the conversion of 98%.When the intermediate reacted with 2-methoxyethanol,ethanol,and methanol,respectively,thus three types of organosilicanes containing cyano were obtained.
