有机硅液体光学透明胶水的制备与研究

【摘要】 以乙烯基硅油为基胶、含氢硅油作交联剂、含环氧基和烯丙基醚的有机硅低聚物为增粘剂、乙烯基取代倍半硅氧烷作阻燃剂配制了触摸屏全贴合用加成型有机硅光学透明胶水(LOCA)。研究结果表明:选用黏度为1 000~5 000 m Pa·s的乙烯基硅油,末端和侧链部分含氢的硅油,增粘剂用量1.0%,阻燃剂用量1.5%,可制得透光率>98%,HB级阻燃,锥入度(单位0.1 mm)为150~250的有机硅LOCA,其与PMMA、PC、PET和玻璃粘接后的破坏形式均为内聚破坏。

【Abstract】 An additional silicone liquid optical clear adhesive( LOCA) used for full lamination in touchpanel fields was prepared by poly( methyl vinyl siloxane) as the base silicone oil,hydrogen- containing silicone oil as a crosslinking agent,silicone oligomer containing epoxy group and allyl ether as an adhesion promoter and vinyl substituted silsesquioxane as a flame retardant. Results show that when the viscosity of the poly( methyl vinyl siloxane) is 1000 ~ 5000 m Pa·s,the molar ratio of Si- H/Si- Vi is 0. 8,the amount of adhesion promoter is 1. 0% and the amount of flame retardant is 1. 5%,the silicone gel can achieve excellent properties,whose transmittance is higher than 98% and its flame- retardant grade reaches HB,it can also realize cohesive failure after bonding with PMMA,PC,PET and glass,which are suitable for full lamination in the fields of touch panel.
