转炉煤气极限经济回收量的分析与实践
Analysis and Practice of the Ultimate Economic Recovery Volume of Converter Gas
【摘要】 针对莱钢转炉煤气回收过程中走的弯路,研究分析出了转炉煤气极限经济回收量,并将转炉煤气回收目标由回收体积量最大化调整为回收总热量最大,并以此目标为导向,系统梳理问题,先后实施了转炉烟罩改造、风机转速控制优化、转炉煤气并网点改造等一系列优化改善措施,转炉煤气回收热量得到有效提升,达到预期目标。
【Abstract】 In light of the detours and mistakes in implementing converter gas recovery in Laiwu Steel,the authors worked out the ultimate gas recovery volume by deep study and analysis and adjusted the gas recovery target indicator from maximum cubic volume to maximum heat volume.Guided by realizing the maximum heat volume,the problems and defaults were searched out and listed,and a series of optimized improvement measures were implemented such as converter hood transformation,fan rotating speed optimization and converter gas grids transformation,by which the converter gas recovery heat volume has been increased as expected.
