【摘要】 目的分析南通市某医院妇科门诊女性HPV感染及其基因型分布。方法收集南通市某医院2015—2017年妇科门诊6091例女性宫颈脱落细胞标本,采用PCR-反向点杂交法对23种HPV基因型进行检测,并分析其流行病学特点。结果 6091例就诊女性中共检测出1784例感染者,阳性率为29.29%(1784/6091)。<21岁组感染率为53.45%(31/58),61岁~组感染率为48.33%(29/60)。单一型感染率为65.13%(1162/1784),其中,单一高危型的感染率为50.90%(908/1784),多重感染率为34.87%(622/1784)。高危型HPV总的感染率为24.78%(1509/6091),低危型为9.30%(565/6091)。外阴炎、宫颈炎和宫颈上皮内瘤变患者的HPV感染率分别为57.50%(23/40)、31.07%(472/1519)和41.18%(7/17)。HPV感染最高的前5位基因型分别为52型、16型、58型、81型和53型。结论该院门诊女性HPV的感染率为29.29%,以单一高危型感染为主,<21岁和61岁~为两个感染高峰年龄段。HPV 52型、16型、58型、81型和53型为主要的感染亚型。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the human papillomavirus(HPV)infection and its genotype distribution in the 6091 women of gynecologic clinic of a hospital of Nantong.Methods From 2015 to2017,6091 cervical exfoliated cell specimens were collected from women in a hospital gynecologic clinic of Nantong,which were examined with PCR reverse dot blot for 23 kinds of HPV genotypes.The epidemiological characters were analyzed.Results A total of 1784 HPV positive cases was detected with a HPV infection rate of 29.29%(1784/6091),which was 53.45%(31/58)for the age group of<21 years,48.33%(29/60)for the age group of more than 61 years old.The infection rate of signal HPV genotype was 65.13%(1162/1784)and that of single high risk HPV infection was 50.90%(908/1784)and multiple HPV infection was 34.87%(622/1784).The infection rate of high risk HPV was 24.78%(1509/6091)and that of low risk HPV was 9.30%(565/6091).The infection rate of HPV was 57.50%(23/40)in the women with vulvitis,31.07%(472/1519)in those with cervicitis,and 41.18%(7/17)in those with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.The top five HPV genotypes were52,16,58,81 and 53.Conclusion The overall infection rate of HPV is 29.29% for the women in gynecologic clinic of a hospital of Nantong.Single high risk HPV infection is the most common type.The women aged <21 years old and more than 61 years old are sensitive to HPV infection.The most popular HPV genotypes are HPV 52,16,58,81 and 53.更多还原
