【摘要】 目的探讨物联网医学技术用于麻醉前访视对手术患者焦虑和满意度的影响。方法择期手术患者60例随机均分为两组:试验组于术前3d开始使用物联网医学技术进行医患互动,内容包括BP管理、术前教育和医生网络留言等;对照组术前不做特殊处理。记录术前3d和术前1h的BP、HR和焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分,比较两组患者的满意度。结果与术前3d相比,试验组术前1h的SAS评分下降[(39.64±5.00)分vs.(44.40±6.52)分](P<0.05)。术前1h,试验组的SBP、DBP和HR均低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者满意率高于对照组(90.0%vs.73.7%)(P<0.05)。结论物联网医学技术应用于麻醉前访视,能改善手术患者术前焦虑状态,提高满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of medical internet of things technology in preanesthetic visit on the anxiety and satisfaction of surgical patients.Methods Sixty patients undergoing selective surgery were equally and randomly divided into two groups.The patients in group A received doctor-patient interaction,which included BP management,preoperative education,doctor’s network messages and other interventions by medical internet of things technology for three days before operation.The patients in group B received no special treatment before operation as the controls.BP,HR and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score were recorded in three days and at one hour before operation.The satisfaction degree was compared between two groups.Results Compared with three days before operation,SAS score was decreased at one hour before operation in group A[(39.64±5.00)points vs.(44.40±6.52)points](P<0.05).SBP,DBP and HR were lower in group A than those in group B at one hour before operation(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate was higher in group A than that in group B(90.0% vs.73.7%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of medical internet of things technology in preanesthetic visit can effectively attenuate the preoperative anxiety and improve the satisfaction of surgical patients.更多还原
