β1肾上腺素能受体基因多态性对高血压病患者左心室肥厚的影响

【摘要】 目的探讨β1肾上腺素能受体(β1-AR)常见基因多态性对高血压病患者左心室肥厚的影响。方法高血压病患者114例分为合并左心室肥厚(EH-LVH组,50例)和不合并左心室肥厚者(EH组,64例)两组,对照组为同期正常体检者54例。采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性检测β1-AR Gly389Arg和Ser49Gly位点的单核苷酸基因多态性。结果EH-LVH组患者β1-AR Arg389Arg基因型比例高于EH组和对照组(86.0%vs.65.6%和51.9%)(P<0.05);EH-LVH组β1-AR Arg389等位基因频率高于EH组和对照组(90.0%vs.78.1%和71.2%)(P<0.05)。三组β1-AR Ser49Gly基因型和等位基因频率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论携带β1-AR Arg389等位基因的高血压病患者更易出现左心室肥厚。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influence of genetic polymorphisms ofβ1-adrenergic receptor(β1-AR)on the left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH)in the patients with essential hypertension(EH).Methods The polymorphisms ofβ1-AR Gly389 Arg and Ser49 Gly allele genes were detected by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism technology in 50 EH patients with LVH(group A),64 EH patients without LVH(group B)and 54 healthy people(group C).Results The percentage of patients carryingβ1-AR Arg389 Arg genotype was higher in group A than that in groups of B and C(86.0% vs.65.6% and 51.9%)(P<0.05).The allele gene frequency ofβ1-AR Arg389 was higher in group A than that in groups of B and C(90.0% vs.78.1% and 71.2%)(P<0.05).The percentage of patients carryingβ1-AR Ser49 Gly genotype and the allele gene frequency were not significantly different among three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The EH patients carrying Arg389 allele gene run a higher risk for the LVH.
