【摘要】 目的分析中药注射剂的不良反应。方法收集103例中药注射剂的不良反应报告资料,总结其发生原因和临床表现。结果 103例均为静脉滴注给药的患者。其中,应用参麦注射液34例(33.01%),血必净注射液14例(13.59%)。不良反应出现在滴注30min内者68例(66.02%)。可能原因:溶媒选择不当者34例(33.01%),给药途径不当者21例(20.39%),输液速度过快者13例(12.62%),个体差异14例(13.59%),原因不确定者21例(20.39%)。临床表现:皮肤及软组织的皮疹、荨麻疹和皮肤瘙痒者68例(66.03%);寒战、发热、紫绀、胸闷、胸痛、心悸、恶心呕吐、腹痛、便秘、头晕、头痛、呃逆和大汗等全身性反应者21例(20.39%);腰痛、肌肉痛、静脉炎、喉痛、咳嗽、注射部位静脉疼痛等局部反应者14例(13.59%)。所有病例经相应处理后症状消失。结论随着中药注射剂广泛的临床应用,需要重视其不良反应的发生,应当针对其不良反应的发生原因,采取有效的防治措施,安全应用中药注射剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the adverse effects following infusion of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)injection.Methods Clinical data of 103 cases with adverse effects following infusion of TCM injection were collected.The relevant causes and clinical manifestations were analyzed.Results Intravenous drip of TCM injection was performed in all 103 cases,of whom Shenmai injection was used in 34cases(33.01%)and Xuebijing injection in 14cases(13.59%).The adverse effects appeared within 30 minutes of infusion in 68cases(66.02%).The relevant causes for the adverse effects were improper selection of solvent in 34cases(33.01%),improper way of use in 21cases(20.39%),infusion too fast in 13cases(12.62%),individual variation in 14cases(13.59%),and uncertained in21cases(20.39%).The clinical features involved the skin and soft tissues in 68cases(66.03%,manifested by skin rash,urticaria,and itch),general symptoms in 21cases(20.39%,manifested by chills,fever,cyanosis,chest tightness,chest pain,heart palpitations,nausea and vomiting,abdominal pain,constipation,dizziness,headache,hiccups,profuse sweating),and local reaction in 14cases(13.59%,manifested by backache,myalgia,phlebitis,soreness,cough,local venous pain),which were all disappeared after symptomatic treatments.Conclusion Attention should be paid to the occurrence of adverse effects following infusion of TCM injection and proper measures should be taken to prevent and treat TCM injection-related adverse effects for the use of TCM injection safely.更多还原
