【摘要】 目的调查南京地区人群中Duffy血型的基因分型情况。方法收集3000例南京地区献血者标本,采用PCR-序列特异性引物法进行基因分型,对稀有表型进行Duffy表型确认。结果3000例标本中,FYA/FYA 2726例,FYA/FYB 271例,FYB/FYB 3例;FYA和FYB基因频率分别为0.9538和0.0462,符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡(P>0.05);3例FYB/FYB标本经血清学验证,均为稀有表型Fy(a-b+)。结论南京地区人群Duffy血型基因分型符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡,与国内其他地区人群一致;稀有表型的确认对建立稀有血型库具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the genotype of the population with Duffy blood group in Nanjing district.Methods A total of 3000 cases of blood donors in Nanjing district was genotyped by PCR sequence-specific primers.The rare phenotypes were confirmed by Duffy phenotyping.Results Of 3000 cases,2726cases were FYA/FYA,271 cases were FYA/FYB and 3cases were FYB/FYB.The frequencies of FYA and FYB gene were 0.9538 and 0.0462,respectively,which was in accordance with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium(P>0.05).The rare genotype Fy(a-b+)in three FYB/FYB samples was conformed serologically.Conclusion As in the other domestic regions,the genotype of the population with Duffy blood group in Nanjing district is in accordance with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium.Identification of rare phenotypes plays an important role in the establishment of rare blood bank.更多还原
