【摘要】 目的:研究和探索肝血管良恶肿瘤放射诊断临床鉴别效果和应用价值。方法:选择2013年4月到2014年4月我院接受的肝血管肿瘤患者126名作为研究对象,根据临床病理诊断结果109名为肝血管良性肿瘤,17名为肝血管恶性肿瘤,并对126名患者进行放射诊断,对比和分析诊断鉴别效果。结果:经过放射诊断126例患者,诊断为肝血管良性肿瘤103例,肝血管瘤患者共51例,肝局灶性结节共27例,肝血管内皮细胞病变15例,其他10例;确诊为肝血管恶性肿瘤16例,肝细胞癌11例,混合型肝癌3例,转移性肝癌3例。同时,经过病理诊断确诊为肝血管良性肿瘤患者109例,肝血管恶性肿瘤17例。综上所述,放射诊断肝血管良性肿瘤的准确性为94.50%,诊断肝血管恶性肿瘤的准确性为94.12%,敏感性为100%。结论:放射诊断可以较为准确地鉴定肝血管良恶性肿瘤的情况,误诊率较低,具有临床应用和推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study and explore the liver vascular good evil tumor radiation diagnosis clinical differential effect and application value. Methods:From April 2013 to April 2014 our hospital in patients with hepatic vascular tumor, 126 as the research object, according to the results of the clinical pathological diagnosis, 109 hepatic benign tumor blood vessels, 17 called hepatic vascular tumor, and radiological diagnosis of 126 patients, compare and analysis in the diagnosis of identification effect.
