双源CT造影检查在冠心病冠状动脉斑块患者中的应用价值分析
Analysis of Application Value of Dual Source CT Angiography in Patients with Coronary Plaque of Coronary Artery Disease
【摘要】 目的:探讨冠心病患者心外膜脂肪体积对冠状动脉斑块稳定性的影响。方法:选择我院2014年4月-2016年4月收治的140例行炫速双源CT造影检查的冠心病患者,检测患者心外膜脂肪体积,根据造影结果将患者分为有斑块组和无斑块组,回顾性分析患者存钙化斑块、混合斑块及非钙化斑块类型,分析心外膜脂肪体积对冠状动脉斑块稳定性的影响。结果:140例患者中,82例存在冠状动脉斑块,58例未发现斑块;其中37例为钙化斑块、15例为非钙化斑块,30例为混合斑块。82例有斑块患者的心外膜脂肪体积显著大于无斑块患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:冠心病患者心外膜脂肪体积对冠状动脉斑块稳定性具有一定的影响,当患者存在斑块时,心外膜脂肪的体积就会增大,行炫速双源CT可有效判断患者病情。
【Abstract】 Objective: To probe into the influence of epicardial fat volume in patients with coronary heart disease for coronary plaque stability. Methods: 140 patients with coronary heart disease and who were underwent the dual source CT angiography in our hospital from April,2014 to April,2016 were selected, and the epicardial adipose tissue volume of patients were detected, and according to the angiographic results of the patients were divided into combined plaque group and without plaque group.Then, the type of calcified plaque, mixed plaque and non calcified plaque of patients were retrospective analyzed, and the influence of epicardial fat volume on the stability of coronary artery plaque were analyzed. Results: In the 140 patients, 82 had coronary artery plaque, and 58 had no plaque; Among them, 37 cases were calcified plaque, 15 cases were non calcified plaque, and 30 cases were mixed plaque. There was 82 cases of plaque in patients with epicardial fat volume was significantly higher than non plaque patients, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The coronary heart disease patients with epicardial adipose tissue volume on the stability of coronary artery plaque has certain influence, when in the presence of plaque and epicardial adipose tissue volume will be increased, thus for dual source CT can effectively judge the patient’s condition.
