超声弹性成像联合BI-RADS在鉴别乳腺癌与乳腺纤维瘤中的应用价值
Application Value of Ultrasonic Elastography Combined BI-RADS in Identifying Breast Cancer and Fibroadenoma of Breast
【摘要】 目的:探讨超声弹性成像联合乳腺影像报告和数据系统(BI-RADS)在鉴别乳腺癌(BC)与乳腺纤维瘤(FB)中的应用价值。方法:选取2012年12月-2016年12月医院确诊治疗的BC与FB患者各80例,所有患者均给予超声BI-RADS和弹性成像技术检查,以病理学检查为对照。结果:BC患者BI-RADS得分、弹性成像评分明显高于FB患者(P<0.05);在鉴别两种疾病的敏感度、特异度、准确度中,BI-RADS为85.00%、87.25%、86.25%,弹性成像评分鉴别时为82.50%、85.00%、83.75%,二者联合时为95.00%、97.50%、96.25%,二者联合时明显高于二者单独时(P<0.05)。结论:超声弹性成像和BI-RADS对BC与FB具有良好的鉴别效能,而二者联合可进一步提高其鉴别效能。
【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the application value of ultrasonic elastography combined breast imaging reporting and data system(BI-RADS) in identifying breast cancer(BC) and fibroadenoma of breast(FB). Methods: Each 80 patients with BC and FB were selected from December 2012 to December 2016 in our Hospital, all patients were given ultrasonic BI-RADS and elasticity imaging examination, pathological examination for comparison. Results: BC patients with BI-RADS score, elasticity imaging score were significantly higher than those of patients with FB(P<0.05). In sensitivity, specific and accuracy degrees identify the two diseases, BIRADS were 85.00%, 87.25%, 86.25%, the elasticity imaging score were 82.50%, 85.00%, 83.75%, the two joint were 95.00%, 97.50%, 96.25%, the two joint were significantly higher than those of the two separate(P<0.05). Conclusion: Ultrasonic elastography and BIRADS on BC and FB have good identification effectiveness, and they joint can further improve the identification efficiency.
