超高效合相色谱法快速测定纺织品中11种致敏分散染料

【摘要】 建立了同时测定纺织品中分散黄1、分散橙37、分散橙1、分散黄49、分散黄9、分散橙3、分散红1、分散黄3、分散蓝106、分散红17和分散棕1等11种致敏分散染料的超高效合相色谱法(UPC2)。样品经甲醇提取、浓缩和定容后,直接由优化的超高效合相色谱仪进行定性定量分析。以超临界CO2和甲醇为流动相,梯度洗脱,采用ACQUITY UPC2HSS C18 SB(3.0×100 mm,1.8μm)色谱柱进行分离。11种致敏染料在2.0~50.0 mg/kg之间线性良好(r≥0.999 2),定量限(LOQs)在1.44~1.98 mg/kg之间;不同添加水平下,11种致敏染料的平均回收率在90.3%~97.9%之间,相对标准偏差(RSDs)在2.9%~5.3%之间。该方法分析时间短、精确度高、较为环保,可用于快速检测纺织品中11种致敏染料。

【Abstract】 A method is developed for the determination of 11 allergens, including Disperse Blue 3, Disperse Orange 37, Disperse Orange 1, Disperse Yellow 49, Disperse Yellow 9, Disperse Orange 3, Disperse Red 1, Disperse Yellow 3, Disperse Blue 106, Disperse Red 17 and Disperse Brown 1 in textiles.The sample is extracted by methanol and concentrated by rotary evaporator, and qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by UPC2 directly. The separation of target compounds is performed on a ACQUITY UPC2 HSS C18 SB(3.0×100 mm,1.8 μm)column by gradient elution using supercritical carbon dioxide and methanol. The calibration curves of 11 allergens show good linearity in the concentration range of2.0~50.0 mg/kg with correlation coefficients no less than 0.999 2. The limits of quantification of the 11 allergens(LOQs, S/N=10) are 1.44~1.98 mg/kg. The average recoveries of 11 allergens in negative samples at three spiked levels ranges from 90.3%~97.9% with relative standard deviation(RSDs) of 2.9%~5.3%. The method is time-saving and environmental with sensitivity, and can be used for the rapid determination of 11 allergens in textiles.
