抛光酶DM-8669在亚麻织物染整中的应用

【摘要】 研究了抛光酶DM-8669在亚麻织物染整中的应用工艺。在分析酶质量分数、温度、时间、pH值等单因素对染料的吸尽率和固色率,以及织物的折皱回复角影响的基础上,利用正交试验确定了抛光酶DM-8669应用于亚麻织物染整的优化工艺,即抛光酶DM-8669质量分数2.5%(omf)、温度55℃、时间45 min、pH值为6。结果表明,抛光酶DM-8669的应用使得亚麻织物外观光滑,染料的吸尽率和固色率分别提高至55.74%和46.83%,具有工艺可行性。

【Abstract】 The application process of polishing enzyme DM-8669 on dyeing and finishing of linen with reactive dyes is studied. The effect of enzyme consumption, temperature, treatment time, pH value and other factors on the exhaustion rate, fixation yield and wrinkle recovery angle of linen fabric are investigated. On this basis, the enzyme treatment technology is optimized via orthogonal experiments, and the optimum treatment processes are as follows: polishing enzyme DM-8669 2.5%(omf), pH=6, reacting at55 ℃ for 45 min. The results show that the appearance of linen fabric treated with enzyme DM-8669 is smooth. In addition, the exhaustion rate and fixation yield of treated fabric increase to 55.74% and46.83%, respectively.
