海藻酸钠预处理对棉织物喷墨印花性能的影响
Effect of sodium alginate pretreatment on ink jet printing properties of cotton fabrics
【摘要】 在数码喷墨印花中,通过将不同宽度的线条直接喷印在棉织物上,考察墨水在棉织物上的渗化行为。探究棉织物表面的渗化程度、印花颜色与不同预处理方式的关系。试验结果表明:经海藻酸钠预处理后,棉织物表面会形成一层海藻酸钠浆料膜,墨水中的部分染料会被该膜吸收,汽蒸时被吸收的染料会发生泳移,导致渗化程度增大。海藻酸钠预处理能保留更多染料在棉织物表面,增加印花图案颜色的深度。
【Abstract】 In digital jet printing, the infiltration behavior of ink on cotton fabrics is investigated by spraying different widths lines directly onto the cotton fabrics. The relationships of surface infiltration and printing color of cotton fabric with different pretreatment methods are investigated. The results show that the surface of cotton fabrics is covered with sodium alginate slurry film after pretreatment. Partial dyes in ink are absorbed by the alginate slurry film and the absorbed dyes will occur migration during the steaming process. So it results in infiltration increasing. Sodium alginate pretreatment retains more dyes on the cotton fabric surface and increases color strength of the pattern.
