【摘要】 棉针织物分别经含活性基的还原染料和活性染料染色后,配合相应的水洗工艺,在针织面料上获得仿牛仔的风格。讨论了二种仿旧洗水工艺(臭氧洗和冷漂酶洗)参数(pH值、时间、质量浓度等)对含活性基的还原染料和活性染料染色织物仿旧效果的影响,得到了二种染料染色织物的水洗褪色规律。比较研究发现,与活性染料相比,含活性基的还原染料染色针织物的臭氧洗和冷漂酶洗更容易达到满意的仿旧效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 After dyed with vat dyes containing reactive groups and reactive dyes respectively,followed by corresponding washing process,cotton knitted fabric can obtain denim effect.Factors exerting influence on faded property of the knitted dyeings are discussed,including pH value,time and concentrations in ozonation process and cold enzyme bleaching process.The fading rules of the two dyeings are obtained.The results show that compared to reactive dyes,the ozonation and cold enzyme bleaching washing processes on vat dyes containing reactive groups can get denim effect more easily.更多还原
