目的比较全酸蚀树脂水门汀NX3、自酸蚀树脂水门汀Panavia F、新型自粘接树脂水门汀Rely X U200对牙釉质/牙本质与Vita MarkⅡ瓷块的剪切强度的影响。方法预备60个Vita MarkⅡ瓷块,随机分为6组;预备30个牙釉质试件和30个牙本质试件,各随机分为3组。分别按NX3、Panavia F、Rely X U200使用说明将瓷块与牙釉质试件和牙本质试件进行粘接。37℃恒温水浴24 h后进行剪切强度测试,并观察断裂界面。结果 NX3、Panavia F的断裂界面以混合断裂为主,Rely X U200以界面断裂为主。NX3、Panavia F对牙釉质/牙本质与瓷块强度差异均无统计学意义,但明显高于Rely X U200(P<0.05)。结论自粘接树脂水门汀操作简便,但粘接强度较低。建议使用全酸蚀树脂水门汀和自酸蚀树脂水门汀对全瓷修复体进行粘接。

Objective To compare the shear strengths of three kinds of resin cements(self-adhesive resin cement Rely X U200,self-etch resin cement Panavia F and total-etch resin cement NX3) by bonding enamel/dentin with Vita Mark Ⅱ ceramic blocks.
