珠海市不同孕期的孕妇碘营养状况调查研究

【摘要】 目的了解珠海市不同孕期的碘营养水平,为该地区的孕妇科学补碘提出科学依据。方法在各医疗机构妇产科门诊随机抽取671名符合条件的不同孕期的孕妇,采集日间随意一次尿液,按砷铈催化分光光度法(WS/T107-2006)进行尿碘测定,同时进行碘营养相关知识问卷调查。结果珠海市孕妇尿碘中位数为121μg/L,其中孕早期尿碘中位数为129μg/L,孕中期121μg/L,孕晚期120.5μg/L,各期尿碘均低于WHO推荐水平,属于轻度缺碘水平;孕妇对碘相关知识知晓率平均75.2%。结论珠海市早中晚孕妇均处于轻度缺碘状况状态,孕妇对碘相关知识知晓程度偏低,建议孕妇使用专用加碘盐,以满足孕妇碘营养需求,加强碘知识的宣传力度,提高孕妇碘缺乏病预控意识。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the iodine nutritional status of pregnant women during different pregnancy in Zhuhai city and provide the evidence for scientific iodine supplementation. Methods 671 pregnant women during different pregnancy who met the criteria to be enrolled from Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic of various medical institutions,the arsenic cerium catalytic points spectrophotometric method was used to detect the concentration of urinary iodine. Results The median urinary iodine of pregnant women was 121 μg/L,which in early pregnancy,the median urinary iodine was 129 μg/L,in second trimester it was 121 μg/L and in the third trimester it was 120. 5 μg/L. The results of urinary iodine were lower than recommend levels of WHO,for mild iodine deficiency. The average iodine related knowledge awareness rate was 75. 2% among the pregnant women. Conclusion The early and late pregnant women are under mild iodine deficiency condition in Zhuhai city. The iodine related knowledge awareness is low,which should be recommended for pregnant women to use special iodized salt,meet the iodine nutrition status of pregnant women,strengthen the propaganda of knowledge of iodine and improve precaution consciousness of iodine deficiency disease.
