【摘要】 目的通过对广元市医疗机构放射工作人员的健康体检资料的分析,了解其身体健康现状,为今后采取相应的辐射防护管理工作及干预措施提供寻证依据。方法对124家医疗机构的413名在岗放射工作人员健康检查资料进行统计分析。结果受检查413名,其中男317名,女96名,平均年龄(38.51±10.13)岁;异常检出198名,异常率47.94%。异常检出项:眼科38.98%,血常规16.71%,腹部超声16.22%,心电图7.75%,肝功能5.33%,肝功能5.33%,尿常规3.15%,染色体1.69%,血压1.21%,血生化0.97%,甲状腺功能0.73%,肾功能0.73%,血糖0.73%,既往史0.48%,皮肤科0.48%。异常检出率的年龄分布差异有统计学意义(χ~2=34.810,P<0.05),男女性别、医疗机构级别无统计学差异;工作适应性的医疗级别分布差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.340,P<0.05),男女性别、年龄分布无统计学差异。结论在进行体检的医疗放射人员中,总体适应较好,结果提示亚健康率随年龄的增加而增加,建议医疗机构做好放射防护工作的同时,加强对放射工作人员的培训,提高其放射防护意识,杜绝不规范操作,同时医疗放射人员自身积极开展健身运动,合理膳食,提高身体素质。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the health examination data of radiation workers in medical institutions in Guangyuan City and investigate their health status so as to provide evidence for future work and corresponding measures for radiation protection management and intervention. Methods Health examination data of 413 radiation workers in 124 medical institutions were statistically analyzed. Results Examined 413 workers,including 317 males and 96 females,at the average age was 38. 51 ± 10. 13 years. Abnormal results were found in 198( 47. 94%) workers. Statistically significant differences were found in age distribution( χ~2= 34. 810,P < 0. 05) but not in sexual distribution;norin medical institution class distribution of abnormality detection rates. Statistically significant differences were found in medical institution class distribution( χ~2= 6. 340,P<0. 05) but not in sexual distribution or age distribution of job adaptability. Conclusion The overall adaptability is good in medical radiation works examined. The results indicate the sub-health rate increases with age. It suggested that medical institutions should implement well radiation protection,enhance training of radiation workers,improve their awareness of radiation protection and regularize operations. Medical radiation workers should take part in physical exercise and adopt rational diets to improve physical constitution.更多还原
