【摘要】 目的了解四川省2004-2015年登革热流行特征,为登革热的防控提供科学依据。方法收集四川省2004-2015年登革热疫情资料,用描述性流行病学方法分析流行特征。结果 2004-2015年四川省登革热病例共计报告80例,全部为输入病例。主要集中在成都、南充、绵阳、德阳等市,4个地区发病数的构成比为67.50%。全年均有病例报告,6~10月为报告发病高峰(76.25%)。发病年龄主要集中在25~49岁(81.25%);男女性别比为4∶1;职业以工人、民工和农民3类职业的发病数排前3位(47.50%)。除2014年外病例均是从境外输入。45例病例在境内是处于病毒血症期(69.23%)。病例从入境到采样时间的中位数为6 d。总共有66例病例进行了实验室检测(82.50%)。结论目前四川省登革热防控策略仍然是监测为重点,控制蚊媒密度,提高诊治水平,强化疫情处置,加强部门合作,动员全社会参与。只有这样才能避免出现大规模的暴发或流行,减轻登革热的危害。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the epidemic features of dengue fever in Sichuan province from 2004 to2015,and provide scientific evidence for the disease prevention and control. Methods The epidemic data of dengue fever in Sichuan province was collected from 2004 to 2015,to analyze the epidemic features by descriptive epidemiological methods. Results A total of 80 imported dengue fever cases were reported in Sichuan Province from 2004 to 2015. The main cases were reported from Chengdu,Nanchong,Mianyang and Deyang,of which the constituent ratio was 67. 5%. It was reported during the whole year,and the peak incidence was from June to October. The main age of onset was 25-49 years old(81. 25%). The sexratio of male and female was 4∶1. The main occupations were workers,migrant workers and peasants( in total of 47. 50%). All cases were imported from foreign countries except in 2014. 45 domestic cases of dengue fever were in viremia period(69. 23%). The median time from entry to sample was 6 days. A total of 66 cases had taken laboratory tests(82. 50%). Conclusion At present,the dengue fever prevention and control strategy remains focused on monitoring in Sichuan province. The main work for prevention was included mosquito-borne density control,improving the diagnosis and treatment,strengthening epidemic disposal,department cooperation and social mobilization to avoid the outbreak and hazards of dengue fever.更多还原
