中粮集团职工营养知识现况调查

【摘要】 目的了解中粮集团职工营养相关知识,为营养相关知识和行为干预提供依据。方法采取普查方法,使用自行设计的调查问卷对在中粮集团职工食堂就餐的职工进行面对面询问式调查。结果本次共调查572人,回收有效问卷551人份,12条营养知识信息中,有8条信息知晓率低于60%,其中"食物种类多样化,营养素比例合理"的知晓率最高,为79.5%,而知晓"正常成年人体重指数范围"仅为24.3%,总知晓率为53.6%。结论中粮集团职工营养相关知识水平有待提高,应开展相关健康教育与健康促进活动以提高职工营养知识水平。

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the current status of related nutritional knowledge among COFCO staff,and to provide evidences for their nutritional knowledge and behavior intervention.Methods Self-designed questionnaire and face-to-face inquiry were applied to all employees in staff canteen.Results A total of 572 questionnaires were issued and the valid return was 551.The awareness rate of the main nutritional knowledge information was 53.6%.Among the 12 messages,there were 8 messages with the awareness rate less than 60%.79.5% of the staff knew that food variety and reasonable proportion of different nutrients are necessary,of which was the highest awareness rate,while only24.3% of them knew the normal range of adults’ BMI.Conclusion Health education and health promotion activities should be carried out to improve the level of nutritional knowledge of COFCO staff.
