【摘要】 为探明制作的拮抗菌(Y-S-Y12、YBN13和YBN18)菌剂的有效性,检测了不同时间段菌剂中的活菌数目、菌剂保存100d后的抑菌效果,试验结果表明:Y-S-Y12菌株和YBN18菌株可选用滑石粉和高岭土制作菌剂;YBN13菌株可选用滑石粉、高岭土和活性炭制作菌剂。田间防病试验结果表明:Y-S-Y12菌剂以及Y-SY12+YBN13混合菌剂、Y-S-Y12+YBN18混合菌剂对人参锈腐病菌具有较高防病效果,防效达到了72.04%~77.42%,并对人参生长有明显的促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to investigate the effectiveness of bacteriostatic agents of Y-S-Y 12,YBN 13 and YBN18,the number of live bacteria in bacteriostatic agents developed under different time intervals and antibacterial effects for the agents stored for 100 days were determined.The results showed that the bacteriostatic agents with Y-S-Y 12 and YBN 18 strains could be prepared by using talc powder and kaolin,and the agent with YBN 13 strain could be made from talc,kaolin and activated carbon.In field trials,the bacteriostatic agent of Y-S-Y 12 alone,the mixed agent of Y-S-Y 12 combined with YBN 13,and the mixed agent of Y-S-Y 12 combined with YBN 18 had higher antibacterial effect on ginseng rust rot with the control effects from 72.04% to 77.42%,in addition,these agents also revealed an obvious effect on the growth of ginseng.更多还原
