朝天椒、线椒、灯笼椒中微量元素的测定
Determination of Trace Microelements in Pod Pepper,Line Pepper and Sweetbell Pepper
【摘要】 通过火焰原子吸收分光光谱法和朗伯定律,测定并比较朝天椒、线椒和灯笼椒中微量元素Cu、K、Fe、Mg的含量差异。三种辣椒中元素的含量从高到低皆为K、Mg、Fe、Cu。同一种元素在不同辣椒中的含量高低存在差异,Cu在线椒中含量最高,朝天椒次之,灯笼椒最低。而K、Fe、Mg的含量均是灯笼椒最高,线椒次之,朝天椒最低。
【Abstract】 Determination and comparison of the trace microelements Cu,Fe,Mg,K content differences in pod pepper,line pepper and sweetbell pepper by flame atomic absorption spectrometry and Beer-Lambert Law. The contents of the K,Mg,Fe and Cu are from high to low in three kinds of pepper. The content of the same microelement in different pepper is different. The Cu content is the highest in line pepper,following by pod pepper,the lowest sweetbell pepper. While the K,Fe,Mg content is the highest sweetbell pepper,following by line pepper,the lowest pod pepper.
