性别对核黄素片剂消除速率常数及生物利用度的影响
Bio-availability Study and Eliminate Rate Constant Analysis of Riboflavin on Different Sexes
【摘要】 目的探讨性别对核黄素片剂药物动力学的影响。方法采用尿药法测定核黄素片剂在28位志愿者体内的消除速率常数及生物利用度。结果男性体内核黄素片剂的消除速率常数为0.518 4,女性体内核黄素片剂的消除速率常数为0.287 2。核黄素片剂在男性体内的生物利用度为55.86%,在女性体内的生物利用度为38.46%。结论不同性别影响核黄素片剂在体内的药物动力学过程。
【Abstract】 In this paper, we determine the Bio-availability(F) and Eliminate rate constant(K) by Urine-excreting Rate Method in 28 volunteers, and study the effect of sex to riboflavin kinetic process. The results show that the K in the male sex is 0.5184 and0.2872 in the female sex, respectively. The F in the male sex is 55.86% and 38.46% in the female sex, respectively. The conclusions show that the different sexes affect the drug kinetic process of riboflavin tablets. This conclusion provides a theoretical basis for clinical individualized administration.
