【摘要】 目的探讨药熏按摩和规范腰部活动对改善腰椎间盘脱出症患者症状的影响。方法选择80例腰椎间盘脱出症患者,随机分为两组各40例。对照组给予牵引、穴位按摩、药熏腰骶部等物理治疗,观察组在此基础上给予腰部正确活动指引和腰部保护技能培训,加强腰部行为规范管理。结果观察组的疼痛评分显著低于对照组,直腿抬高角度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的腰椎间盘脱出护理知识得分、配戴护腰依从性和护理服务满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论药熏按摩结合规范腰部活动和加强自我行为管理,能提高患者对腰椎间盘脱出的防护意识,减轻腰椎间盘脱出患者的疼痛程度,促进症状改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of herbal fumigation and massage combined with standard lumbar activity on the improvement of symptoms of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods 80 cases of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group equally.All cases were given physical therapy including traction,acupoint massage and herbal fumigation on lumbosacral region; in addition,the observation group received guidance of correct lumbar activity,training of lumbar protection skills,and enhanced management of lumbar behavior.Results The pain score of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group,and the straight-leg-raising angle was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The score of nursing knowledge of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,compliance of wearing waistband,and satisfaction degree to nursing service of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group(P <0.05).Conclusions Herbal fumigation and massage combined with standard lumbar activity and enhanced self-behavior management can improve patients’ protection awareness of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,relieve pain degree and promote the improvement of symptoms of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.更多还原
