【摘要】 目的探讨伴下尺桡不稳定的尺骨远端骨折患者采取尺骨远端钩状钢板治疗的临床效果。方法选择40例伴下尺桡不稳定的尺骨远端骨折患者,随机分为钩钢板组与克氏针组各20例。钩钢板组采取尺骨远端钩状钢板内固定,克氏针组采取克氏针内固定,观察比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,钩钢板组的VAS评分和DASH评分均显著低于克氏针组,手术时间、术中出血量以及骨折愈合时间均显著少于克氏针组,并发症发生率显著低于克氏针组(P<0.05)。结论伴下尺桡不稳定的尺骨远端骨折患者采取尺骨远端钩状钢板治疗效果显著,能明显缩短治疗时间,促进骨折愈合,有效缓解疼痛,安全性较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of distal hook plate in the treatment of patients with distal ulna fracture accompanied by ulnar radial instability.Methods 40 cases of patients with distal ulna fracture accompanied by ulnar radial instability were selected and randomly divided into the hook steel group(distal hook plate for internal fixation) and the Kirschner wire group(Kirschner wire for internal fixation),with 20 cases in each group.The curative effects of two groups were observed and compared.Results After treatment,the VAS score and DASH score of hook steel group were significantly lower than those of Kirschner wire group,the operation time and healing time of fracture were significantly shorter than those of Kirschner wire group,the intraoperative blood loss was significantly less than that of Kirschner wire group,and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of Kirschner wire group(P <0.05).Conclusions Distal hook plate has significant efficacy and high safety in the treatment of patients with distal ulna fracture accompanied by ulnar radial instability,which can obviously shorten the treatment time,promote the healing of fracture,and effectively relieve pain.更多还原
