软组织高频焊接设备闭合血管的可行性研究

【摘要】 目的探讨软组织高频焊接设备闭合血管的可行性。方法以家犬为实验对象,分离不同直径的动脉、静脉,随机分为两组,分别采用两种软组织高频焊接设备EKVZ-300 PATONMED和NERC-300闭合血管,并检测闭合端血管的爆破压。结果 EKVZ-300、NERC-300两种高频焊接设备均能有效完成不同直径家犬动脉和静脉的闭合,且闭合后爆破压在两组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 NERC-300能够完成离体家犬动脉和静脉的闭合,其闭合效力等同于EKVZ-300。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the feasibility of high-frequency live tissue welding devices in vascular closure.Methods The artery and vein with different diameters of domestic dogs were separated and closed using high-frequency live tissue welding devices(EKVZ-300 and NERC-300) respectively,and the bursting pressure was compared between two devices.Results Both EKVZ-300 and NERC-300 could close the blood vessels effectually,and the bursting pressure showed no statistical difference between two devices(P >0.05).Conclusions NERC-300 can close the in-vitro artery and vein of domestic dogs,and the effectiveness is similar to EKVZ-300.
