闭合复位术与有限切开术治疗下肢长骨关节复杂骨折的效果观察
Observation on the Effect of Closed Reduction and Limited Myotomy on the Complicated Articular Fracture of Lower-Extremity Long Bone
【摘要】 目的观察闭合复位术与有限切开术治疗下肢长骨关节复杂骨折的效果。方法选取我院2016年1月至2016年12月收治的100例下肢长骨关节复杂骨折患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。观察组采用有限切开术进行治疗,对照组采用闭合复位术进行治疗。对比两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、骨折愈合时间、并发症情况及临床疗效。结果观察组的治疗优良率为76%,明显高于对照组的50%(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组的手术时间、住院时间、骨折愈合时间均明显较短,术中出血量明显较少(P均<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率为6%,明显低于对照组的26%(P<0.05)。结论有限切开术治疗下肢长骨关节复杂骨折的疗效更为确切,术后并发症更少,安全可靠,具有较高的临床应用价值。
【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of closed reduction and limited myotomy on the complicated articular fracture of lower-extremity long bone. Methods 100 cases of patients with complicated articular fracture of lower-extremity long bone admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The observation group received limited myotomy, while the control group received closed reduction. The operation time,intraoperative blood loss, hospitalization time, fracture healing time, complications and clinical curative effect were compared between two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of treatment of observation group was 76%, significantly higher than 50% of control group(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the operation time, hospitalization time and fracture healing time of observation group were significantly shorter, and the intraoperative blood loss was significantly less(all P <0.05). The incidence of complications of observation group was 6%, significantly lower than 26% of control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Limited myotomy in the treatment of complicated articular fracture of lower-extremity long bone has more definite curative effect and fewer postoperative complications, and is safe and reliable, with higher clinical application value.
