【摘要】 目的研究前列腺癌患者内分泌治疗后的长期生存情况及相关预后因素。方法选取我院2007年2月至2015年6月间收治的68例前列腺癌患者,均给予内分泌治疗,完成治疗后进行随访,观察分析患者的长期生存情况,并对影响患者预后的相关因素进行分析。结果治疗后,不同年龄患者的生存时间无统计学差异(P>0.05),存在骨转移的患者生存时间显著短于无骨转移患者(P<0.05),不同临床分型及病理分级患者的生存时间具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论临床分型、病理分级与发生骨转移是影响前列腺癌内分泌治疗患者生存时间的主要因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the long-term survival and related prognostic factors of prostatic cancer patients with endocrine therapy.Methods 68 cases of prostatic cancer patients with endocrine therapy admitted to our hospital from February 2007 to June 2015 were selected.All patients were given endocrine therapy,and followed-up after treatment.The long-term survival situation was observed and analyzed,and the related influencing factors of prognosis were analyzed.Results There was no significant difference between patients with difference age(P>0.05).Patients with bone metastasis had shorter survival time than patients without bone metastasis(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the survival time between patients with different clinical types and different pathological grading(P<0.05).Conclusions Clinical classification,pathological grading and bone metastasis are the main influencing factors of survival time of prostatic cancer patients with endocrine therapy.更多还原
