直线式智能静脉输液加温器的研制

【摘要】 目的研究可在低温环境使用的直线式智能静脉输液加温器。方法以单片机为控制芯片,热敏电阻为温度传感器,数码管实时显示输液管温度,程序控制单片机断开或开启MOS管控制加热器实现智能加温,并以生理盐水输液为例进行实验。结果输液速度恒定,加热功率越大,加热到设定温度越快;加热功率恒定,输液速度越小,加热到设定温度越快;输液达设定的最高温度时加热器自动断开,余热超温红光警示,降到设定的最低温度时自动开启,输液管温度基本恒定在设定温度范围,未出现加热故障。结论该智能加热器方便易用,有较好的恒温效果,安全可靠,可应用于各类低温输液场所,提高输液药液温度。

【Abstract】 Objective To develop a kind of linear intelligent heater for intravenous infusion which could be used in low temperature environments.Methods STC microcontroller was used as MCU,thermal resistor was used as temperature sensor,digital tube displayed the infusion tube temperature in real-time,program-controlled close or open of MOS tube achieved heating intelligently,and normal saline was used to conduct infusion experiments.Results When keeping the infusion speed in constant,the greater heating power led to faster heating to the set temperature;when keeping the heating power in constant,the smaller infusion speed led to faster heating to the set temperature.The heater closed automatically when reaching the highest set temperature,and started red light warning with over temperature made by excess heat;the heater opened automatically when lowering to the lowest set temperature.The perfusion tube temperature kept in constant range of set temperature,without heating faults.Conclusions The intelligent heater is practical and convenient with good temperature control effect and safety,which can be applied in all kinds of infusion in low temperature environments to improve the temperature of liquid drugs for intravenous infusion.
