【摘要】 目的探讨小儿隐睾的临床特征及影响患儿手术时机的相关危险因素。方法采用自制问卷对我院2012年1月到2015年12月间收治的158例隐睾患儿家长进行调查,回顾性分析所有患儿的临床资料,采用单因素与多因素Logistic回归方法分析影响患儿手术时机的相关因素。结果单因素分析结果显示,父母文化程度较低、家庭经济月收入<5 000元、睾丸位置在腹股沟区、等待手术时间≥6个月的患儿接受手术的时间明显滞后,合并阴茎畸形的患儿手术时年龄明显小于其他患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic分析结果显示,父母文化程度较低、家庭经济月收入<5 000元、等待手术时间≥6个月是影响小儿隐睾手术时机的主要危险因素(P<0.05)。结论影响小儿隐睾手术时机的主要危险因素是父母文化程度较低、家庭经济月收入<5 000元、等待手术时间≥6个月,应当加强对患儿父母的健康宣教,改善医疗条件与医生配置,缩短等待手术时间,进而有效地防止手术时间延误,降低预后风险。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical features of cryptorchidism in children and the risk factors associated with the operation opportunity. Methods 158 cases of children with cryptorchidism in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2015 were collected and the clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. Self-made questionnaire was used to investigate their parents. Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the difference of operation opportunity in children with different influencing factors.Results Univariate analysis showed that the operation opportunity was significantly delayed with the following factors: low parental education degree, family economic monthly income < 5 000 Yuan, testis lying in inguinal region, waiting time for operation ≥ 6 months(P<0.05). The age of patients with penile malformation was significantly lower than that of other children(P <0.05). Multivariate Logistic analysis showed that low parental education degree, family economic monthly income < 5 000 Yuan and waiting time for operation ≥ 6months were the major risk factors that affecting operation opportunity of cryptorchidism in children(P <0.05). Conclusions The main factors affecting the operation opportunity of cryptorchidism in children are low parental education degree, family economic monthly income< 5 000 Yuan and waiting time for operation ≥ 6 months. We should strengthen parents’ health education, improve the medical condition and the doctor configuration, shorten the waiting time for operation, so as to prevent the delay of operation time and lower the risk of prognosis.更多还原
