不同干燥方法对消毒后备用湿化瓶存放时间的影响观察

【摘要】 目的观察不同干燥方法对消毒后备用湿化瓶存放时间的影响。方法选取我院2016年3月消毒后的备用湿化瓶68个,随机平均分为两组。观察组采用消毒机烘干干燥,对照组采用自然晾干干燥。分析与比较两组湿化瓶的存放时间。结果两组湿化瓶的细菌污染率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。细菌污染情况检测结果显示,观察组的湿化瓶比对照组可以多保存1天。两组湿化瓶7天内的细菌污染率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与自然晾干比较,采用消毒机烘干备用湿化瓶可缩短干燥时间,对消毒后备用湿化瓶存放时间有正面影响。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of different drying methods on the storage time of spare humidification bottles after disinfection.Methods 68 spare humidification bottles of our hospital after disinfection in March 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The observation group was dried by disinfectant machine,which the control group received natural drying.The storage time of spare humidification bottles was analyzed and compared between two groups.Results No statistical difference was found in the bacterial contamination rates between two groups(P >0.05).The detection results of bacterial contamination showed that the humidification bottles in observation group could save one day more than control group.No statistical difference was found in the bacterial contamination rates within 7days between two groups(P >0.05).Conclusions Compared with natural drying,using disinfectant machine to dry the spare humidification bottles can shorten the drying time and have a positive impact in the storage time of spare humidification bottles after disinfection.
