肌力平衡术联合截骨治疗儿童复发性马蹄内翻足的疗效观察

【摘要】 目的探讨肌力平衡术联合截骨治疗儿童复发性马蹄内翻足的疗效。方法选取我院2013年6月至2015年6月收治疗的复发性马蹄内翻足患儿50例(74足),对其实施肌力平衡术联合截骨治疗。术后均随访3年,观察治疗效果。结果治疗后,患儿的复发率为4.00%,并发症发生率为6.00%;患儿治疗前后的马蹄足功能评分比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ⅰ级患儿的总有效率为97.30%,显著优于Ⅱ级患儿的78.38%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肌力平衡术联合截骨治疗儿童复发性马蹄内翻足效果确切,复发率和并发症发生率低。为了提升治疗效果,需详细评估患儿病情,并根据儿童马蹄内翻足畸形严重程度予以针对性治疗。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of muscle force balancing operation combined with osteotomy in the treatment of children with relapsed talipes equinovarus. Methods 50 cases(74 feet) of children with relapsed talipes equinovarus admitted to our hospital from June 2013 to June 2015 were selected and given muscle force balancing operation combined with osteotomy. All the children were followed up for 3 years, and the treatment effect was observed. Results After treatment, the recurrence rate and incidence of complications were respectively 4.00% and 6.00%. The equinus function score of children before and after treatment had statistical difference(P <0.05).The total effective rate of children of grade Ⅰ was 97.30%, significantly better than 78.38% of children of grade Ⅱ, with statistical difference(P <0.05). Conclusions Muscle force balancing operation combined with osteotomy in the treatment of children with relapsed talipes equinovarus has exact effect, with low recurrence rate and incidence of complications. To improve the treatment effect, the children’s disease conditions need to be evaluated and targeted treatment will be given according to the severity of talipes equinovarus.
