一种多孔电极氨气传感器的制备方法及性能检测
Preparation Method and Performance Measurement of a Kind of Ammonia Gas Sensor with Porous Electrode
【摘要】 为了提高传感器的灵敏度和使用寿命,利用化学还原法制备了钌催化剂并对其进行了X射线衍射(XRD)表征。在电极制备过程中,钌催化剂与造孔剂硝酸钾的质量比为2∶1,利用丝网印刷技术制备出多孔电极。将未加造孔剂和加造孔剂的电极分别进行了扫描电镜(SEM)表征并组装成传感器,在同等条件下对氨气进行检测,分别通入不同浓度氨气标准气体,测得其灵敏度分别为230μA和450μA,响应时间分别为103 s和40 s,恢复时间分别为115 s和60 s。加入造孔剂后,灵敏度提高了49%,响应时间和恢复时间分别缩短了63 s和55 s,显著提高了氨气传感器的性能。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the sensitivity and service life of the sensor,ruthenium catalyst was successfully synthesized by chemical reduction method and was characterized by XRD. The porous electrode was fabricated by screen printing technique,by adding pore forming agent where mass ratio of catalyst to pore forming agent is 2: 1. Furthermore as-assembled sensors without adding pore forming agent and adding pore forming agent were characterized by SEM and employed to detected ammonia gas under the same test conditions,which showed the sensitivity was 230 μA and 450 μA respectively,the response time was 103 s and40 s respectively,the recovery time was 115 s and 60 s respectively when the standard of ammonia gas with different concentration was passed respectively.So,sensitivity was increased by 49%,and the response time and recovery time were shortened by 63 s and55 s respectively after adding pore forming agent,which indicated that the performance of ammonia sensor was improved significantly.
