水体重金属监测前处理系统的设计与实现
Design and Implementation of a Pretreatment System for Monitoring Heavy Metals in Water
【摘要】 我国水体重金属污染严重,水质监测自动化程度不高。由于重金属的不同赋存形态对于监测结果有重要的影响,所以对水样进行前处理,明确重金属的赋存形态成为一个重要的过程,而现阶段此过程远远不能满足水体重金属监测自动化进程的需要。基于此,该项目开发研制一种可以实现对水样进行前处理的仪器,通过与单片机技术的结合,研发对水样的自动形态分离流程,实现重金属形态的初步分离,并达到单个水样的形态分离时间在30 min以内,形态分离误差绝对值小于等于10%总重金属元素量。
【Abstract】 The water pollution of heavy metals is serious in China,and the automatic degree of water quality monitoring is low.As the different forms of heavy metals have an important impact on the monitoring results,it is an important process to pre-treat water samples and to determine the occurrence form of heavy metals.But this process is far from meeting the requirements of monitoring heavy metals in water.Based on this,the project develops a kind of instrument that can realize the water sample pretreatment.Through combining with single-chip microcomputer technology and developing automatic form separation process of water sample,it realizes preliminary separation of forms of heavy metals and even separates a single sample within 30 minutes.The absolute value of separation error is less than or equal to 10% the total amount of heavy metals.
