【摘要】 目的探讨跨膜丝氨酸蛋白酶2(TMPRSS2)-ERG、P504S、P63、34βE12在前列腺癌中的表达与临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学染色检测50例前列腺癌(PCa)、30例前列腺增生(BPH)患者组织中的P504S、P63、34βE12蛋白和TMPRSS2-ERG融合基因的表达。结果 TMPRSS2-ERG、P504S在PCa中表达阳性率分别为20%(10/50)、86%(43/50),P63、34βE12蛋白在PCa中表达丢失,而在BPH中表达完整。结论 TMPRSS2-ERG、P504S、P63、34βE12的表达与PCa临床病理特征和生物学行为有密切关系,联合检测TMPRSS2-ERG、P504S、P63、34βE12的表达对诊断PCa、判断其恶性程度及预后均有一定参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of TMPRSS2-ERG,P504 S,P63、34βE12 in hunman prostate cancer and and their clinical significance. Methods The immunohistochemical staining was used to evaluated the expressions of TMPRSS2-ERG,P504 S,P63、34βE12 protein in 50 cases of prostate cancer( PCa),30 cases of benign rostatic hyperplasia( BPH). Results The positive rate of TMPRSS2-ERG,P504 S expressed in PCa was 20%( 10/50),86%( 43/50),P63、34βE12 protein expression in the PCa is missing,and expressed in BPH is 100%.Conclusion The positively correlation Was found between the abnormal expressions of TMPRSS2-ERG,P504 S,P63、34βE12 protein the biological behavior of prostate cancer( PCa). Detection of TMPRSS2-ERG combined with P504 S,P63、34βE12 protein is valuable for diagnosing PCa. and evaluating malignancy extent and prognosis.更多还原
