【摘要】 肝纤维化是肝脏慢性疾病发展进程中的阶段性产物,近年国内外对肝纤维化的研究已成为肝病研究热点。中药复方抗纤维化具有多环节、多靶位等特点,与化合药大多仅作用在单一环节或靶位相比优势独特、疗效确切,但却缺乏系统、大规模、标准化的临床试验,而且治疗过程中的作用机理及靶点不明晰。笔者总结近10年中药复方中采用活血化瘀法、化痰通络法、扶正法、软坚散结法治疗肝纤维化的研究进展,为进一步开展中医药防治肝纤维化提供理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Hepatic fibrosis is an intermediate product in the development of chronic liver disease,it has become a hot topic in liver disease research in recent years. Compared with chemical drugs, complex prescription has unique advantages because of its characteristic of multi-link,multi-targets and exact effects on anti-fibrosis. However,traditional Chinese medicines lack systematic,large-scale and standardized clinical trials,the role of mechanism and therapeutic target is still unclear. This article summarizes the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine compound on hepatic fibrosis with the methods of activating blood and removing stasis,resolving phlegm,strengthening and softening hardness and dissipating mass in latest 10 years,to provide theoretical basis for further research on prevention and treatment of liver fibrosis by traditional Chinese medicine.更多还原
