徐州地区非孕期育龄妇女及孕早、中期孕妇血清微量元素水平分析

【摘要】 目的 探讨非孕期育龄妇女及孕早、中期孕妇母血清微量元素铜、锌、钙、镁、铁含量水平的差异性,及母血微量元素水平是否与孕妇孕期相关。方法 检测本地区687例妇女[(非孕期育龄妇女(非孕组)、早期妊娠、中期妊娠各229例)]血清微量元素铜、锌、钙、镁、铁水平,对比观察、分析各组水平差异。结果 (1)3组间铜、锌、钙、镁、铁5种微量元素水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)孕早期与非孕组5种微量元素比较:铜、锌、钙、铁水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中铜、铁水平低于非孕组,锌、钙水平高于非孕组;镁差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(3)孕中期与非孕组5种微量元素比较:镁、铁表达水平低于非孕组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);铜、锌、钙水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(4)孕早、中期5种微量元素比较:铜、锌、镁、铁水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中铜、锌水平低于孕中期组,镁、铁水平高于孕中期组,钙水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 本地区育龄妇女血液中5种微量元素水平在是否妊娠及不同孕期间存在差异,应根据不同孕期及各种微量元素含量特点,补充相应适量的微量元素。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the levels of trace elements copper, zinc, calcium, magnesium, and iron in the serum of non-pregnant women at childbearing ages and pregnant women in the first and second trimesters, and the relationship between these element levels and gestation periods. Methods The levels of trace elements copper, zinc, calcium, magnesium, and iron in the serum of 687 women(including 229 non-pregnant women at childbearing ages, 229 pregnant women at the first trimester, and 229 pregnant women at the second trimesters) in the local area were measured. Results The levels of these trace elements were markedly different among the three groups(P<0.05). Compared with non-pregnant women, those in the first trimester produced remarkably increased levels of copper and iron ad substantially decreased levels of zinc and calcium(P<0.05); the level of magnesium was no statistical different(P>0.05). Compared with non-pregnant women, those in the second trimester produced remarkably decreased levels of magnesium and iron(P<0.05); the levels of copper, zinc and calcium were no statistical different(P>0.05). Compared with pregnant women in the second trimester, those in the first trimester produced remarkably decreased levels of copper and zinc and substantially increased levels of magnesium and iron(P<0.05); the level of calcium was not statistical different(P>0.05). Conclusions Different levels of trace elements are determined in the serum of non-pregnant women at childbearing ages and pregnant women in the first and second trimesters. Trace elements should be supplemented according to these findings.
