5种药剂对不同虫态温室白粉虱的防治效果比较研究
Control Effects of Five Insecticides on Different Stages of Trialeurodes Vaporariorum
【摘要】 温室白粉虱Trialeurodesvaporariorum是一种世界性害虫,寄主范围广,危害各种蔬菜、花卉及农作物达200多种。本研究针对重庆奉节烟草种植区大爆发的温室白粉虱,开展五种药剂对不同虫态温室白粉虱的田间药效试验,为烟田粉虱药剂的科学使用提供理论依据。结果表明:对于成虫和若虫,阿维菌素速效性较强,在施药后第3天能达到最高防效,若虫60.32%,成虫60.41%;烯啶虫胺和噻虫嗪持效性较长,在第10天达到最高防效,成虫防效分别为65.76%、63.64%,若虫防效分别为76.67%、83.86%;对于卵,噻嗪酮防效最好,第10天达到最高防效52.58%,阿维菌素、烯啶虫胺、噻虫嗪在第10天防效分别为45.30%、45.30%、43.64%,吡蚜酮防治效果最低。阿维菌素、噻虫嗪、烯啶虫胺是防治烟田粉虱较为高效的药剂,噻嗪酮对卵有较好作用,可配合其他药剂联合使用。
【Abstract】 Tobacco whitefly, Trialeurodes vaporariorum, is one of the most important pest in the world, which can infest more than200 hosts including vegetables, flowers and crops. Based on the explosion of T. vaporariorumin tobacco growing areasof Fengjie,Chongqing, this study compared control effect of five different insecticides on T. vaporariorum, to select effective insecticides for tobacco whitefly control. For both the adults and nymphs, abamectin had faster-acting property, which achieved the highest control efficiency on the 3 rd day after pesticide spray, and its control efficiency were 60.41% on adults and 60.32% on nymphs.Thiamethoxam and nitenpyram were of well performance both in duration and prevention results, and their control efficiency for adults relatively were 65.76% and 63.64%, while control efficiency for nymphs relatively were 76.67% and 83.86%. Buprofezin had the highest control efficiency on eggs whose control efficiency was 52.58%, while that of abamectin, nitenpyram and thiamethoxam was 45.30%, 45.30% and 43.64% respectively. It was found that abamectin, thiamethoxam and nitenpyram are ideal insecticides on the control of T. vaporariorum in the field. Buprofezin have better effect on eggs so that it can be use with other insecticides for auxiliaryprevention and control.
