【摘要】 目的探讨护理干预应用于胃肠减压患者插管的护理效果以及对患者不适感的改善情况。方法将本院接受治疗的胃肠减压插管患者82例纳入研究,随机分为观察组与对照组各41例。2组患者均给予常规的护理,观察组在此基础上给予优质护理干预。观察2组不适反应发生率,二次插管发生率,调查护理满意率。结果观察组不适反应发生率低于对照组;观察组自行拔管发生率和二次插管发生率均低于对照组;观察组护理满意率高于对照组。结论护理干预应用于胃肠减压患者插管的护理效果中可以有效降低不适感的发生率,提高护理满意率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the nursing effect of nursing intervention on improvement of discomfort for patients with gastrointestinal decompression patients. Methods A total of 82 intubation patients with gastrointestinal decompression were enrolled in the study and were randomly divided into observation group and control group( n = 41). Patients of two groups were given conventional care,observation group was additionally given quality care intervention. The incidence of discomfort,the incidence of secondary intubation and nursing satisfaction were observed. Results The incidence of discomfort,and the incidences of spontaneous extubation and secondary intubation were lower,and satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of discomfort and improve the nursing satisfaction for patients with gastrointestinal decompression.更多还原
