【摘要】 目的通过分析乳腺癌各X线征象与Ki-67表达之间的关系,旨在从影像学角度判断乳腺癌的侵袭能力以及对预后进行评估。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实乳腺癌并行Ki-67抗体检测患者129例,分析该组患者的影像学资料与Ki-67表达的相关性,影像学资料主要分析病灶是否有肿块、钙化及结构扭曲,并对肿块的形态、边缘、密度和对钙化的形态、分布进行分析。结果有钙化者Ki-67多呈高表达,与无钙化者相比差异有显著性意义(P=0.031),其他X线征象与Ki-67表达间,差异无显著性意义。结论有无钙化可以作为判断Ki-67表达高低的一项指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to estimate the invasiveness and prognosis of breast cancers,the relationship between mammographic features and Ki-67 of breast cancer were be analyzed. Methods The radiographic data of 129 patients with pathologically confirmed breast cancer were analyzed retrospectively,we analyzed of correlation between mammographic features and Ki-67.Mammographic features include mass,calcifications and architectural distortion,the mass covers shape,margin and density,the calcifications involve morphology and distribution. Results Ki-67 was expressed in a high percentage of the lesions which contained calcification( P = 0. 031). The remaining mammographic features did not correlate with the expression of Ki-67. Conclusion whether having calcifications or not can indicate the expression of Ki-67.更多还原
