【摘要】 目的提高对硬化性肺细胞瘤CT、PET/CT表现的认识,减少误诊。方法回顾性分析15例硬化性肺细胞瘤患者的影像及病理资料,影像资料包括CT、PET/CT表现和术前影像诊断结果,病理资料包括组织形态结构、细胞学形态及免疫组化结果。结果 15例患者共有16处病变,14例单发,1例多发,均为圆形、类圆形软组织结节或肿块,增强扫描病灶大多呈中度至明显强化,PET可见放射性浓聚;7例术前误诊;病理上病变由血管瘤样区、乳头区、实变区和硬化区以不同比例构成,单个瘤体包含至少2种或2种以上组织结构。结论硬化性肺细胞瘤易误诊,了解其CT、PET/CT表现及病理特征有助于提高对该疾病的认识与诊断符合率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the CT and PET/CT features of pulmonary sclerosing pneumocytoma( PSP) and analyzed the misdiagnosed cases,in order to improve the capability of accurate diagnosis. Methods The CT,PET / CT and pathological features in 15 cases of PSP were analyzed retrospectively. Results 15 of patients with a total of 16 tumors,in which 14 cases were solitary,1 case was multiple. Under unenhanced CT,tumors presented as round or oval shaped nodule or mass with soft tissue density. After contrast administration,most of the tumors showed moderate-marked inhomogeneous enhancement. Seven cases were preoperatively misdiagnosed. PSP was composed of four histologic components-namely,solid,papilary,sclerotic and hemangiomatous. A neoplasm had at least two of them. Conclusion It is favourable to recognizing PSP that investigated its CT,PET /CT and clinicopathologic characters.更多还原
