AMI早期血尿酸升高与冠状动脉病变严重程度的关系

【摘要】 目的了解AMI早期血尿酸升高与冠状动脉病变严重程度的关系。方法选取AMI患者126例,将其分为2组,包括尿酸正常组及高尿酸组。比较2组单支病变、两支病变、三支病变SYNTAX评分以及3种病变构成比的差异。结果与尿酸正常组比较,高尿酸组两支病变、三支病变及总病变SYNTAX评分均较高,差异均有统计学差异(P=0.013、0.022、0.046),但2组在单支病变中SYNTAX评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);另一方面,3种病变的构成比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 AMI早期血尿酸升高可增加冠状动脉病变的严重程度,尤其在两支及三支病变中,但对病变血管的数量无影响。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between elevated level of serum uric acid(UA) and the severity of coronary artery lesions in patients with early acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods A total of 126 AMI patients were included and divided into the normal group and high UA group.The SYNTAX scores of single-,double-and triple-coronary artery lesions and constituent ratio of each type of lesion were statistically compared between two groups. Results Compared with the normal group,the SYNTAX scores of double-and triple-coronary artery lesions and overall SYNTAX score were significantly higher in the high UA group( P = 0. 013,0. 022 and 0. 046),whereas no statistical significance was identified in single coronary artery lesion and constituent ratio of each type of lesion( P > 0. 05). Conclusions Elevated levels of UA can aggravate the severity of coronary artery lesions during early AMI,especially for double-and triplecoronary artery lesions. It exerts no effect upon the quantity of diseased vessels.
