葱白提取物对动脉粥样硬化兔血脂代谢的影响

【摘要】 目的:探讨葱白提取物对动脉粥样硬化兔的血脂代谢的影响。方法:将新西兰白兔32只随机分为四组(n=8),正常对照组普食喂养,空白模型组、辛伐他汀组、葱白提取物组均喂食高脂食物。药物分别给予博心通胶囊、予辛伐他汀干预,实验周期8周,实验验结束后检测各组血脂水平。结果:空白模型组兔TC、TG、LDL、apo B较正常对照组明显升高(P<0.01),治疗后与正常对照组相比辛伐他汀组及葱白提取物组均明显下降(P<0.05),但葱白提取物组优于辛伐他汀组(P<0.05);空白模型组兔HDL、apo A1较正常对照组明显降低(P<0.01),治疗后与正常对照组相比辛伐他汀组及葱白提取物组均明显升高(P<0.05),但葱白提取物组优于辛伐他汀组(P<0.05)。结论:葱白提取物可以有效调节动脉粥样硬化兔血脂水平。

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of fistular onion stalk extract on the atherosclerotic rabbits. Method: Thirty-two New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into four groups( n = 8). The normal control group were fed with water; the blank model group,the simvastatin group and the fistular onion stalk extract group were fed with high-fat diets,the drugs were simvastatin and fistular onion stalk extract. Lipid levels were evalued when the 8-weeks experiment ended. Results: The TC,TG,LDL,apo B levels in the blank model group were higher than the normal control group( P < 0. 01),which in the simvastatin group and the fistular onion stalk extract group were lower than that in the normal control group( P < 0. 05). The fistular onion stalk extract group was superior to the simvastatin group. The DHL,apo A1 levels in the blank model group were lower than the normal control group( P < 0. 01),which in the simvastatin group and the fistular onion stalk extract group were higher than that in the normal control group( P < 0. 05),aslo the fistular onion stalk extract group was superior to the simvastatin group. Conclusion: Fistular onion stalk extract can effectively regulate blood lipid in the atherosclerotic rabbits.
