【摘要】 目的探讨社区老年人群脑卒中相关危险因素及其干预效果。方法选取2015年1月至2016年12月临湘市人民医院管辖的所有社区医院的5 412例年龄60~70岁常驻居民作为研究对象,对其进行问卷调查,并给予健康指导,分析脑卒中相关危险因素改善情况。结果存在至少一项脑卒中相关危险因素者5 260例,占97.2%,健康指导干预后,达标者281例,占5.3%。logistic分析发现,女性、吸烟、肥胖与干预有效性呈负相关(校正OR=-1.603、-8.851、-4.725,P<0.05)。周围血管史、运动缺乏、收缩压、血糖、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白与干预有效性呈正相关(校正OR=0.591、0.641、0.961、0.778、0.551、0.481,P<0.05)。结论对社区老年人群进行筛查和干预,可在一定程度上改善脑卒中危险因素控制,为脑卒中提供一种新的防控模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the risk factors of stroke in community elderly and the effect of intervention mea-sures. Methods A total of 5 412 permanent residents with 60~70 years old in all the community hospitals under the jurisdiction of People′s Hospital of Linxiang City from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the research object,they were given a questionnaire and health guidances,improvement of related to risk factors of stroke was analysed. Results There were at least one related to risk factors of stroke in 5 260 cases,accounting for 97.2%,after the intervention of health guidelines,the compliance of the patients in 281 cases,accounting for 5.2%. Logistic analysis found that the effect of the intervention were negatively related to women,smoking,obesity(the correction,OR=-1.603,-8.851,-4.725,P<0.05); the effect of the intervention were positively related to peripheral vascular history,lack of exercise,systolic blood pressure,blood glucose,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein(the correction OR=0.591,0.641,0.961,0.778,0.551,0.481,P<0.05). Conclusion Screening and intervention for the community elderly has a certain improvement on the risk factors of stroke,which provides a new model for prevention and control of stroke.更多还原
