【摘要】 目的探讨静脉溶栓联合Trevo支架取栓治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效。方法选取该院2016年4月至2017年4月收治的急性缺血性脑卒中患者60例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组使用静脉溶栓治疗,观察组患者使用静脉溶栓联合Trevo支架取栓治疗。比较两组患者的血管再通率、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分及颅内出血发生率。结果观察组患者血管再通率[93.3%(28/30)]明显高于对照组[70.0%(21/30)],颅内出血发生率[13.3%(4/30)]显著低于对照组[43.3%(13/30)],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组NIHSS评分[(5.9±1.3)分]低于对照组[(8.7±1.5)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论静脉溶栓联合Trevo支架取栓治疗急性缺血性脑卒中效果较好,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of intravenous thrombolysis combined Trevo stent thrombectomy in treating acute ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 60 patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted in Hunan Provincial People′s Hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with intravenous thrombolysis,the observation group was treated with intravenous thrombolysis com bined Trevo stent thrombectomy. The recanalization rate,NIH stroke scale(NIHSS) scores and intracranial hemorrhage of the two groups were compared. Results The recanalization rate was significantly higher in the observation group[93.3%(28/30)] than that in the control group[70.0%(21/30)],the incidence of intracranial hemorrhage in the observation group[13.3%(4/30)] was significantly lower than that in the control group[43.3(13/30)],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,NIHSS scores of the observation group was(5.9±1.3)points,lower than that of the control group[(8.7±1.5)points],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Intravenous thrombolysis combined Trevo stent thrombectomy for the treatment of acute ischemic stroke is effective,deserves further clinical applications.更多还原
